Attendees:
Property
Management Company - Bruce Clary from Morris Management, INC (www.morrismanagement.com)
attended the meeting to give the board some additional information about the
services his company could provide the association. Estimated cost for the
management company to take over the duties of the board is $1,200.00 a month.
That estimate is subject to change as more information is gathered. An
agreement would be made between the company and the HOA for 1 year. However the
agreement can be canceled at any time, and no fees can be imposed if the HOA
cancels.
