Minutes of Meeting
May 9, 2007
Welcome - The meeting was called to order. The attendees were Kent Kiernan, President,
Doc O'Connor, Vice President; Ed Bennett, Treasurer; Anina
McMurdo, Landscaping/Web site
The treasurer’s report was read and reviewed.
Current Cash Balances:
First Mutual Bank, checking: $9,824.60
First Mutual Bank, MM: $95,758.91
First Mutual Bank, savings: $1,596.14
Revenues received since last report:
2007 dues: $1,177.45 (currently 19 remain unpaid)
Major expenses since last report:
Natural Design Landscaping: $1,757.12
On-Call Accounting: $469.51
Accounts Receivable (2007 dues): $3,721.91
Accounts Receivable (long term – Fultz, Perkizas
– liens filed): $2,305.28
Accounts Payable: $0
Feedback was given on the containers provided by the
HOA for homeowner use. Because of
problems encountered the question was raised as to whether to provide this
service again. The decision not to do
this again was reached.
The replacement of the fence along
Anina McMurdo will get a quote
for repair of the power supply on the south side of the monument.
Repair of the sprinklers at the entrance was
discussed. It was mentioned that the
city will be extending the sidewalk on the south side of the monument during
the summer. This may affect the
sprinklers again. The walkway will be
5ft wide. Anina
McMurdo will check into that.
Architectural Control: Kent Kiernan designed a form to be placed on
the web site. This form has to be filled
out by homeowners wanting to make changes to the exterior of their property and
sent to the Board for approval before contracts are signed or changes
made.
The issue of determining the responsibility of each
Board member was raised. Kent Kiernan
will speak to Chelan & Greg Jenness as well as
Barb Clayton about accepting positions on the board. Responsibilities will be discussed again at
next meeting.
In the meantime, Anina
McMurdo will check the HOA email and forward what needs to be to the
appropriate person/s.
A
decision was reach to reimburse Sandra Loberg for
damage to her property during the December storms.
